Anti-CD61 (Glycoprotein IIIb, Integrin beta3), clone 2Q798

CD61 (Glycoprotein IIIa, GPIIIa, Integrin beta3) is a glycoprotein found on megakaryocytes, platelets and their precursors. CD61 antigen plays a role in platelet aggregation and also as a receptor for fibrinogen, fibronection, von Willebrand factor and vitronectrin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Blocking studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Reducing conditions, Blocking: Blocks Integrin beta3-mediated adhesion to ECM proteins. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
