Anti-CD40 Phycoerythrin Conjugated, clone 5C3

Phycoerythrin conjugated CD40 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD40. Reactivity is observed against human CD40. Cross reactivity is observed with Baboon, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus Monkey, Rhesus, and Squirrel Monkey. Reactivity with CD40 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD40 is conjugated with PE under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated PE. Protein function: Receptor for TNFSF5/CD40LG. Transduces TRAF6- and MAP3K8-mediated signals that activate ERK in macrophages and B cells, leading to induction of immunoglobulin secretion.
