Anti-CD3, epsilon (Early T Cell Marker), Phycoerythrin conjugated, clone 5K104

Porcine CD3 epsilon is a member of the T-cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. It is found on a subpopulation of thymocytes and on all pig T lymphocytes. This mAb is mitogenic when presented to peripheral blood mononuclear cells in immobilized form. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections), Immunoprecipitation and In vitro activation of T cells., Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: < 0.2ug/10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
