Anti-CD3, epsilon (Early T Cell Marker), clone 5K104

Porcine CD3epsilon is a member of the T-cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. It is found on a subpopulation of thymocytes and on all pig T lymphocytes. This mAb is mitogenic when presented to peripheral blood mononuclear cells in immobilized form. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and In vitro activation of T cells. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
