Anti-CD3, epsilon (Early T Cell Marker) (SpectralRed), clone 5K104

Porcine CD3, epsilon is a member of the T-cell receptor-associated CD3 complex. It is found on a subpopulation of thymocytes and on all pig T lymphocytes. This Monoclonal antibody is mitogenic when presented to peripheral blood mononuclear cells in immobilized form. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: <0.2ug/10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE/CY5 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
