Specificity: Recognises the TRAIL, APO2L antigen, a 32 kDa protein, Format: Phosphate-buffered saline with 1 % BSA and 0.09 % sodium azide, Working Dilution: Use 10 µl to label 106 cells or 100 µl of whole blood, Storage: Stable at +2-8°C for 12 months For longer storage, freeze aliquots, Application Notes: Suitable for Flow Cytometry Protein function: Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF10A/TRAILR1, TNFRSF10B/TRAILR2, TNFRSF10C/TRAILR3, TNFRSF10D/TRAILR4 and possibly also to TNFRSF11B/OPG (PubMed:26457518, PubMed:10549288).
