Specificity: Recognises the TRAIL, APO2L antigen, a 32 kDa protein, Format: Phosphate-buffered saline. With 1% BSA and 0,09% Sodium Azide, Working Dilution: The suggested coating concentration range below should be optimised by each laboratory for each application. ELISA: 0,05-0,5µg/ml, Storage: Store at +2-8°C for 12 months. For longer storage, freeze aliquots, Application Notes: This Antibody can be used as Detection in a human **** sandwich Immunoassay to detect human **** in combination with human **** Capture Antibody (Cat n° ***.***.***).
