Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 3 belongs to a family of type II transmembrane proteins that catalyze the cleavage of phosphodiester and phosphosulfate bonds of a variety of molecules including deoxynucleotides, NAD and nucleotide sugars. Expression of ENPP3/PDNP3 has been documented in prostate, uterus and glioma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 15-20ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
