CD14 occurs both as a secreted protein and as a GPI-linked membrane protein. It plays a critical role in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-dependent signal transduction. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, CHO-derived, recombinant human CD14. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
