Anti-CD102 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule, ICAM-2), Biotin conjugated, clone 5K55

ICAM-2 (CD102) is a cell surface glycoprotein, a ligand for the leukocyte integrin CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1). CD102 is constitutively expressed on T cells, B cells, and at high levels on vascular endothelial cells. It is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines. This antibody blocks the interaction between ICAM-2 and LFA-1.1, Applications:  Flow cytometry 1, 2,  In vitro blocking assays 1,  Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections),  Immunoprecipitation 1, Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: < 1ug/10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
