Anti-CD102 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule, ICAM-2) (azide free), clone 5K55

ICAM-2 (CD102) is a cell surface glycoprotein, a ligand for the leukocyte integrin CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1). CD102 is constitutively expressed on T cells, B cells, and at high levels on vascular endothelial cells. It is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines. This antibody blocks the interaction between ICAM-2 and LFA-1.1, Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and In vitro blocking assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
