Product information "Anti-CD10 (Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA), FITC conjugated, clone 3H919"
CD10 (CALLA, Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, Neprilysin, NEP, Neutral Endopeptidase 24.11, EC3.4.24.11) is a single chain 100kD glycoprotein, also known as Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA), is a cell surface enzyme with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is expressed on the cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitt's, and follicular germinal center lymphomas, and on cells from patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML). It is also expressed on the surface of normal early lymphoid progenitor cells, immature B cells within adult bone marrow and germinal center B cells within lymphoid tissue. CD10 is also present on breast myoepithelial cells, bile canaliculi, fibroblasts, with especially high expression on the brush border of kidney and gut epithelial cells. Antigen distribution: Granulocytes > 95% cALL > 95% Peripheral blood lymphocytes < 1% T cells (lg+) < 1% B cells (lg-) < 1% Monocytes < 1% Thymocytes < 1% NK cells (CD16+) < 1% , Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse PS/NS1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: FITC , Applications:, Flow Cytometry: Neat, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. , Storage and Stability:, Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. , Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
