The human CD10 cell surface antigen is a 100kD glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen). CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types, including immature and germinal centre B cells, lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:80. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 prior to staining paraffin sections., Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Immunohistochemistry Positive Controls: Tonsil, intestine, kidney, Hybridoma: p3-NS1-Ag4-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from mice. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-04D: IgG, H&L (AP) Pab Gt xMo, I1904-06F: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt xMo, I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xMo, I1903-07E: IgG, (HRP) Pab Rb xMo, I1903-13A: IgG, (PE) Pab Gt xMo, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
