Product information "Anti-CD10 (Atriopeptidase, CALLA, CD10, Common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen, DKFZp686O16152, E"
Human CD10 is a well known marker for common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is expressed on normal early B cells in bone marrow and is also on fetal thymocytes. CD10 expression is lost as the T and B lineage cells mature and only appears again on activated germinal center B cells. CD10 is present on neutrophils. CD10 is a neutral endopeptidase and hydrolyzes peptide bonds on the amino side of hydrophobic amino acids. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured Raji cells were incubated 45 min on ice with 80ul of anti-CD10 antibody at 10ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.21 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
