Anti-c-erbB3 (HER3, ErbB3), clone 3H586

c-erb B-3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. c-erb B-3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is overexpressed in some tumors, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo, I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab')2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. ,
