Product information "Tyro3/Dtk, Recombinant, Mouse, aa31-419, hIgG-His-Tag"
Tyro3, also known as tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3 isoform A, is one of the receptor tyrosine kinase subfamily. It transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to several ligands including TULP1 or GAS6. This protein regulates many physiological processes including cell survival, migration and differentiation. It activates the AKT survival pathway, including nuclear translocation of NF-kappa-B and up-regulation of transcription of NF-kappa-B-regulated genes. This protein plays a role invarious processes such as neuron protection from excitotoxic injury, platelet aggregation and cytoskeleton reorganization. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa31-419 from mouse Tyro3/Dtk fused to His-tag at C-terminal, expressed in Baculovirus.. Molecular Weight: ~68.9kD (628aa), Endotoxin: ~1EU/1ug (LAL), AA Sequence: AGLKLMGAPV KMTVSQGQPV KLNCSVEGME DPDIHWMKDG TVVQNASQVS ISISEHSWIG LLSLKSVERS DAGLYWCQVK DGEETKISQS VWLTVEGVPF FTVEPKDLAV PPNAPFQLSC EAVGPPEPVT IYWWRGLTKV GGPAPSPSVL NVTGVTQRTE FSCEARNIKG LATSRPAIVR LQAPPAAPFN TTVTTISSYN ASVAWVPGAD GLALLHSCTV QVAHAPGEWE ALAVVVPVPP, FTCLLRNLAP ATNYSLRVRC ANALGPSPYG DWVPFQTKGL APARAPQNFH AIRTDSGLIL EWEEVIPEDP GEGPLGPYKL SWVQENGTQD ELMVEGTRAN LTDWDPQKDL ILRVCASNAI GDGPWSQPLV VSSHDHAGRQ GPPHSRTSWL EPKSCDKTHT CPPCPAPELL GGPSVFLFPP KPKDTLMISR TPEVTCVVVD VSHEDPEVKF NWYVDGVEVH NAKTKPREEQ YNSTYRVVSV LTVLHQDWLN GKEYKCKVSN KALPAPIEKT ISKAKGQPRE PQVYTLPPSR DELTKNQVSL, TCLVKGFYPS DIAVEWESNG QPENNYKTTP PVLDSDGSFF LYSKLTVDKS RWQQGNVFSC SVMHEALHNH YTQKSLSLSP GHHHHHH, Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE.
