SLU-10482

SLU-10482 is an antiparasitic agent. It reduces the number of C. parvum parasites in HCT-8 cells (EC50 = 0.07 µM). SLU-10482 binds to human ether-a-go-go (hERG, Kd = 43 µM) to a lesser extent than the antiparasitic SLU-2633.
