SCR130 is an inhibitor of non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) and a derivative of the DNA ligase IV inhibitor SCR7 (Cay-18015). It selectively inhibits DNA ligase IV- over ligase I- or ligase III-mediated end-joining in cell-free assays when used at a concentration of 200 µM.
