PfDHODH-IN-1

PfDHODH-IN-1 is an inhibitor of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH, IC50s = 190, 47, and 21 nM for the human, mouse, and rat enzymes, respectively) and a derivative of the DHODH inhibitor A-771726 (Cay-14404).
