GW7647, Free Acid

Soluble in DMSO. GW7647 is a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha) agonist. A synergistic antinociceptive interaction between the endogenous cannabinoid receptor agonist anandamide and GW7647 was demonstrated in a model of acute chemical-induced pain. Russo R., et al.
