AZD 4573

AZD 4573 is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (Cdk9, IC50 = 14 nM). It is selective for Cdk9 over Cdk1, Cdk7, Cdk4/6, and Cdk2 (IC50s = 370, 1,100, 1,100, and >10,000 nM, respectively). AZD 4573 (100 nM) induces apoptosis in MV4-11 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells.
