Frozen human CD3+ pan T cells - male donor

Product Description: Frozen human CD3+ pan T cells isolated via negative immunomagnetic separation technique from human leukopheresate collected in acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). Leukopheresate comes from a healthy male donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I & II and Syphilis. CD3+ pan T cells are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. A post-thaw viability and purity analysis is performed by flow cytometry. This product contains 10 million cells at a concentration of 10 million cells/mL with a post-thaw viability >90%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria, Mycoplasma and fungi by qPCR. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only.
