Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Mouse RAGE in cell culture supernates, serum and... more
Product information "RAGE BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit, Mouse"
Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Mouse RAGE in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). RAGE, the Receptor for Advanced Glycation Endproducts, is a 35kD transmembrane receptor of the immunoglobulin super family. It is also known as "AGER". AGER gene is mapped to chromosome 6p21.3 by mapping by contiguous cosmids and YAC clones and by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The expression of RAGE is particularly increased in neurons close to deposits of amyloid beta peptide and to neurofibrillary tangles. RAGE has been linked to several chronic diseases, which are thought to result from vascular damage. The pathogenesis is hypothesized to include ligand binding upon which RAGE signals activation of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappaB). , Assay Range:, 78pg/ml-5000pg/ml, Sensitivity: < 10 pg/ml, Crossreactivity: There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Uniprot ID: Q62151, Entrez Gene ID: 26448, Kit Components: 96-well plate pre-coated with anti-RAGE, Mouse, Lyophilized recombinant RAGE, Mouse standard, 10ng/tube, 2Ea, USB Cat No Kit Component, 143696 Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC), 130ul (1:100 dilution), 143697 Sample diluent buffer, 30ml, 143698 Antibody diluent buffer, 12ml, 143699 ABC diluent buffer, 12ml, 143700 TMB color developing agent, 10ml, 143701 TMB stop solution, 10ml, Storage and Handling: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months.
