The Human PDE1A (Phosphodiesterase 1A) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human PDE1A (Phosphodiesterase 1A) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human PDE1A (Phosphodiesterase 1A) peptide. Protein function: Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with a dual-specificity for the second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which are key regulators of many important physiological processes.
