Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects phospho-STAT 6 in RIPA lysates from IL4-stimulated HepG2 cells. Unstimulated (lane 1) or IL4 stimulated HepG2 (lane 2) cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-STAT 6 (Y641), 0.5ug/ml. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
