Product information "Anti-H3K27me3S28p"
Phosphorylated at Ser-28 (H3S28ph) by MLTK isoform 1, RPS6KA5 or AURKB during mitosis or upon ultraviolet B irradiation. Trimethylation of lysine 27 on H3 has been strongly related to transcriptional repression in numerous important processes during development and diseases of both plants and animals. This modification is maintained by the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (catalyzed by EZH2 methyltransferase) and can be removed by lysine demethylases such as JMJD3.
