FluoSite Anti-CD22 Antibody, PE-Labeled

This human anti-CD22 antibody is a purified monoclonal antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for specific binding to human CD22 on the surface of CD22 CHO Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #79557-H[VL1.1][MS1.2]). FluoSite(TM) is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality.
