FluoSite Anti-ALPPL2 Antibody, PE-Labeled

This human anti-ALPPL2 (Alkaline Phosphatase, Placental-Like 2) antibody is a purified monoclonal antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for specific binding to human ALPPL2 on transfected HEK293 cells. FluoSite(TM) is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality. This precise, consistent labeling ensures the homogeneity of the labeled antibody preparation, making it ideal for flow cytometry and other high-sensitivity applications. ALPPL2 (Alkaline Phosphatase, Placental-Like 2) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface protein belonging to the alkaline phosphatase family. Physiological expression is primarily associated with placental trophoblasts during pregnancy, with little or no detectable expression in most adult organs. High ALPPL2 expressions have been reported in mesothelioma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, and subsets of lung and colorectal cancers. Its restricted expression in normal tissues makes it an attractive therapeutic target.
