Protein function: May function as a transcription repressor. Binds to 5'-CCACA- 3' core sequence. Suppresses osteogenic effects of RUNX2. May be involved in osteoblastic differentiation. Plays a role in postnatal myogenesis, may be involved in the regulation of satellite cells self-renewal. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative.
