Anti-ZFPL1, ID (ZFPL1, Zinc finger protein-like 1, Zinc finger protein MCG4)

ZFPL1 is required for cis-Golgi integrity and efficient ER to Golgi transport. Involved in the maintainance of the integrity of the cis-Golgi, possibly via its interaction with GOLGA2/GM130. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
