ZBP1 binds to cytoplasmic DNA and plays a role in host defense against tumors and pathogens. Highly expressed in lymphatic tissues including lymph node, leukocytes, tonsil, bone marrow and spleen. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
