Product information "Anti-WBSCR14 (Williams Beuren Syndrome Chromosome Region 14, Williams-Beuren Syndrome Chromosome Reg"
ChREBP is a transcription factor involved in activating genes that encode enzymes of fatty acid biosynthesis in liver and adipose. This protein may have relevance to lipid metabolism, obesity, and type II diabetes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: a band is seen corresponding to the theoretical molecular weight of human ChREBP of ~95kD. , Immunoprecipitation: chromatin, Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
