Protein function: Immunoregulatory receptor which inhibits the T-cell response (PubMed:24691993). May promote differentiation of embryonic stem cells, by inhibiting BMP4 signaling. May stimulate MMP14- mediated MMP2 activation (PubMed:20666777). [The UniProt Consortium] Validated by standard strategies. Buffer: The antibodies are delivered in 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 60% and to rat: 59%. Epitope specificity: LHLHHGGHQA.
