Anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is one of the most important growth and survival factors for endothelium. It induces angiogenesis and endothelial cell proliferation and plays an important role in regulating vasculogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500, Immunocytochemistry: 1:200, Immunohistochemistry: 1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch , I1906-10 IgY, Chicken-HRP Rb x Ch , I1906-12 IgY, Chicken-FITC Rb x Ch , I1906-14 IgY, Chicken-AP Rb x Ch, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
