Anti-Urokinase Plasminogen Activator Receptor (uPAR, CD87) (PE)

Designed to determine the percentage of cells expressing cell surface CD87 and the density of this protein on cell surfaces by flow cytometry. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells using human peripheral blood granulocytes., Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
