Protein function: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Mediates 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitination of the innate immune receptor DDX58, this linkage doesn't lead to proteasomal degradation but seems to enhance IFN induction. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 38% and to rat: 36%
