The CART complex is necessary for efficient transferrin receptor recycling but not for EGFR degradation (PubMed:15772161). Positively regulates motility of microtubule-dependent motor protein KIF21B. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 99% and to rat: 99%
