Antibody in 1X PBS with 0.05% BSA, 0.05% sodium azide. Tripartite motif-containing protein 29 is an epithelial-associated TRIM family member encoded by the TRIM29 gene and also known as ATDC. The TRIM29 Antibody for IHC is developed to evaluate tissue-specific expression patterns of this regulatory protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens. TRIM29 is located on chromosome 11q23 and encodes a scaffold-like protein characterized by B-box and coiled-coil domains, distinguishing it from many other TRIM proteins that contain canonical RING domains.In normal tissues, TRIM29 expression is enriched in stratified and glandular epithelial compartments, including skin, esophagus, lung, and pancreas.
