Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1) is an immunoglobulin superfamily activating receptor that is up-regulated on neutrophils and monocytes during bacterial infections. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul, 1x10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at 12 months at 4°C. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyaninconjugates are sensitive to light.
