TRAIL R4, also known as DcR2, is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily and is now designated TNFRSF10D. TRAIL R4 contains a truncated cytoplasmic domain and does not trigger apoptosis following binding of TRAIL. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing Allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
