Anti-TLR4 (Toll-Like Receptor 4, CD284) (PerCP)

Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) belongs to the IL-1 receptor/Toll-like receptor superfamily. It is expressed in placenta and peripheral blood leukocytes. TLR4 is the pattern recognition receptor for lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul, 1x10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
