Anti-TLE4, ID (TLE4, KIAA1261, Transducin-like enhancer protein 4)

Transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. Inhibits the transcriptional activation mediated by PAX5, and by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The effects of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100~3200, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
