Anti-TEM1 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least two isoforms of TEM1 are known to exist, this antibody recognizes only the larger isoform. Protein function: Part of the tectonic-like complex which is required for tissue-specific ciliogenesis and may regulate ciliary membrane composition. May be involved in apoptosis regulation. Necessary for signal transduction through the sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling pathway. [The UniProt Consortium]
