Anti-TEM1

Anti-TEM1 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least two isoforms of TEM1 are known to exist, this antibody recognizes both isoforms. Protein function: Component of the tectonic-like complex, a complex localized at the transition zone of primary cilia and acting as a barrier that prevents diffusion of transmembrane proteins between the cilia and plasma membranes.
