TDRD7, also known as Tudor domain containing protein 7, is a component of chromatoid bodies in spermatids (named processing bodies or P-bodies in somatic cells). It is found in a mRNP complex together with TDRD1, TDRD6 and DDX4. It is also found in a complex with CABLES1, PCTK2 and PIWIL1. TDRD7 has been shown to interact with histone H3 tri-methylated at K9 in vitro. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
