Anti-TCR, alpha, beta (T Cell Receptor), Phycoerythrin conjugated, clone 5K25

The alpha/beta TCR is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested. Plate-bound or soluble antibody activates a/b TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro, this antibody can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, In vitro stimulation of a/b TCR-expressing T cells 2 and In vitro depletion of a/b TCR-bearing cells. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: < 0.2ug/10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
