Anti-TCCR (T Cell Cytokine Receptor, IL-27 R alpha, WSX-1) (PE)

TCCR, is a class I cytokine receptor family member that is highly expressed in lymphoid tissues. It shows homology to IL-12 Rb2 and associates with gp130 to mediate IL-27 activity that is required for the initiation of Th1 responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul per <1x10e6 cells , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NSO Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Absorption: 488nm , Emission: 565-605nm, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
