Product information "Anti-TARSL2"
Protein function: Catalyzes the attachment of threonine to tRNA(Thr) in a two- step reaction: threonine is first activated by ATP to form Thr-AMP and then transferred to the acceptor end of tRNA(Thr). Also edits incorrectly charged tRNA(Thr) via its editing domain, at the post- transfer stage. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 86% and to rat: 58%
