Anti-Talin, clone Tal-33

Anti-Talin antibody was purified from mouse ascites by protein A chromatography.  This product reacts with human and bovine. Cross reactivity with Talin from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Probably involved in connections of major cytoskeletal structures to the plasma membrane. High molecular weight cytoskeletal protein concentrated at regions of cell-substratum contact and, in lymphocytes, at cell-cell contacts. [The UniProt Consortium]
