Anti-Staphylococcus aureus, Enterotoxin B (SEB), clone 5E437

Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B, an exotoxin excreted by Staphylococcus aureus that is the cause of classic food poisoning. It consists of 239aa with a molecular weight of 28kD and is one of six antigenically distinct enterotoxin proteins that have been identified (A, B, C, D, E and G). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:20-1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
